Our Standesamt ceremony will take place at the Historisches Rathaus Templin, this is our official marriage moment! Afterward, we’ll make our way to Gutshaus Friedenfelde, about 20 minutes away by car, for a weekend-long celebration.

To clarify, the Standesamt ceremony is a separate event and the main gathering will take place at the Gutshaus, where everyone will be staying.

Our ceremony at the Historisches Rathaus Templin will be a short, intimate, and meaningful occasion. It will be the official moment where we legally marry.

The ceremony will be conducted in a formal setting, and there will be seating available for guests. It will last about 20-30 minutes.

Our ceremony begins at 13:30. Please plan to arrive by 13:00 to allow for seating and a smooth start. More details on where to go inside once you arrive will follow.

When heading to the Gutshaus after the ceremony, feel free to take your time and enjoy the journey, just so we can arrive first and be there to welcome you!

Friday: The Big Day

It’s time to celebrate, and we want you to feel your best and be comfortable in the heat! We encourage summer formal, lightweight, breathable fabrics like linen or cotton to keep you cool.

We’d love for everyone to embrace summer tones to complement our beautiful nature setting. Patterns and prints are more than welcome; as long as they blend harmoniously rather than stand out too boldly. Whether you choose a flowy dress or a crisp suit, just make sure it’s something that feels like you!

Saturday & Sunday: Summer Casual

For the rest of the weekend, feel free to keep things light and comfortable with breathable fabrics. Elegant yet relaxed, perfect for enjoying the warm weather and all the summer activities.

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience, allowing everyone to be fully present in the moment with us. We’ll have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing all the special moments throughout the day, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a truly intimate atmosphere

The drive from the ceremony to the Gutshaus is about 20 minutes. Depending on how you initially travelled, we recommend going by car or carpooling with fellow guests. If you prefer, taxis are also available for the journey. We’re happy to discuss individual transportation options with guests to ensure everyone has a comfortable and smooth trip to the welcome reception.

We’ve reserved a special place for you to stay, so you can fully enjoy the celebrations with us throughout the weekend. Each of our guests has been assigned accommodation at one of the beautiful properties: the Gutshaus, the Bergbauernhaus, or the Kavaliershaus. Each house offers unique, comfortable rooms, with its own special charm.

We’ve carefully assigned rooms based on family and party groupings to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and well-accommodated. Rest assured, you’ll be staying in a cozy space, just a short distance from the party!

We’ve planned a delicious array of food for the weekend! We’ll be enjoying everything from finger food canapés, a formal three-course dinner, a garden lunch at a local restaurant, and grilling BBQ!

As Friday will be a day full of activities, we kindly ask that guests are prepared the morning of to stay energized and ready for the events ahead.

The kitchen at the Gutshaus will be stocked with snacks throughout the weekend, ensuring there’s always something available when you need it!
